I just CLOSED my first file today! Yahoo! Very easy program to use. The agents I first used this with thought I was a class act with their transaction, because of the ability to have MASSIVE communication with ALL parties throughout this process. I want to thank you and the staff that works with you on the pure professionalism you have projected, From the very first day I spoke to you after finding you on Google-(Good commercial for Google huh?). What I initially liked was YOUR professionalism. Then I about fell off my chair when you demonstrated to me how the “TMF” site works not only to my advantage, but to the ALL parties involved. However, I do have to say …what really knocked me off my chair was that this tool “TMF”, does ALL this and more, for the low rate cost per Transaction. No hidden fees, no, deception, no surprises…just pure integrity and professionalism. Thank you for selling me on this program, I could not be as organized and professional myself…without “TMF”.

I logged on to my website last night and I love it, it is so user friendly. I spent over $300.00 for my other electronic file management program and I hate it. I bought 20 transactions and I started using it for one file and quit. It was very annoying, visually boring and just didn't make much sense. Anyways... I just tried out the feature – THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The important part of this feature is that when it comes through to the person’s Inbox it now says the TC’s email address. This is SO FANTASTIC! This will save our TC’s so much time and it will encourage our agents to open these emails from TMF now that they see their TC’s name. Thank you for working on this. You’ve made me a TMF Fan again!

I have been using TMF for over 5 years and I have been on the agent side, transaction side, and buyer/seller side. In using TMF it has been rewarding and has helped me to stay on top of important documents. I am now using TMF as the builder side which is completely different from a regular Transaction Coordinator tracking documents for the agent. But I have been able to add our own check list and event list pertaining to our needs and I would not be able to do my job as efficient without it. I recently came into a problem where I needed a certain report ran; and being that this is different from your normal transaction – I found myself wondering if it was even capable. I then called Christine at TMF and she showed me how to create certain reports, this was Awesome. Thank you TMF!!
